Maintaining a healthy body and lifestyle with bring a lot of good fortune in the future. People that stick to strict healthy lifestyles end up looking younger than they normally are and remain healthy and active many years after. It can be tricky for younger folks to stay motivated in being healthy because many people already feel healthy and just want to do what they are most comfortable in doing. Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired all the time?  Are you tired of feeling run down with little to no energy?  Tired of the constant ailments such as headaches, nausea, ulcers, dry and flaky skin, sore and stiff muscles, poor circulation, and a host of other ailments that are plaguing your very existence?  Do you or someone you know and love endure such ailments?  Did you know that what you are doing or not doing can have a direct affect on your body?  Did you know that you, the individual, have the power to keep yourself balanced and healthy?  Wouldn’t you want to know what you can do to help relieve yourself or someone you love from the common ailments that seems to plague man kind?  If you knew what you could do to be healthy and free from the most common health issues… would you do it?

America has been deemed to be the “fattest” country in the world.  There are more obese and unhealthy people in the United States than anywhere else in the world.  There are several main causes for this dilemma:  Dehydration, Malnutrition, Improper sleep, and Stress.  These four issues opens the flood gates for a host of ailments to affects the body.  In order to try to relieve this long list of ailments, people go to doctors and spend thousands of dollars on prescription drugs and other “treatments” that may treat the symptoms, but they do not treat the root cause of the ailments, leading to more expensive drugs and “treatments”.  Wouldn’t you rather prevent the problem from ever occurring in the first place?  Wouldn’t you rather treat the cause then try to treat the symptoms which even then is only temporary?
